PAYMENT TERMS:
All prices are subject to VAT. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Once an order is received we will give you an approximate delivery time and 5 days before anticipated delivery we will contact you to arrange payment. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch, otherwise the goods will remain at the property of Jumps2Go until paid for in full.
RETURNS POLICY:
If any product supplied by us is not as you would expect it, please contact us by telephone or email explaining the problem and we will arrange for inspection and/or collection of the product and agree with the customer the way forward. If goods are returned for any reason other than when the item is faulty, the customer will be responsible for organising and paying for return of the product. Goods should be returned to our workshop. However, we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
GENERAL:
We reserve all rights to alter colours, designs and specifications at any time should it be necessary.
